Just scooped up this amazing 8 minute long funk monster over at Dilated Choonz. Easily one of my favorite blogs as they know a ton about music and always have top notch tracks for the taking. Go check it out.
Edwin’s most known for his track “WAR” which he apparently did in one take due to the limited amount of studio time (!!!). Everyone loves “WAR” but who knew he was THIS fonky?!? The first 3 minutes are ridiculous.
As an added bonus, here’s another Edwin Starr classic that tells the story of spotting a cutie on the dance floor and just getting after it. HE SENSITIVE!
