Sunday, September 28th, 2008
Whelp, as we all are well aware, these are trying times and unfortunately, as a result, Uber has been forced to close it's doors. Fudge! But we here at the Squeak are taking it all in stride. Walking tallchest puffed outchin high.   Please baby baby please bear with us during the transition as we thank you for your patience and understanding for the next couple of days until we get things back n' chugging on Wednesday FULL FORCE.
The blog's URL is still http://www.squeakeclean.com/blog.

All our best and a heaping spoonful of well wishes goes out to all of those at Uber who have helped us throughout the way... your efforts have not gone unnoticed and are appreciated. Thanks you!

KNEWJACK DJ MIX: INDUSTRY

Friday, September 26th, 2008
Hey Now! Here's the latest installment of my monthly mix series I do for the dudes over at FoundTrack. Decided to get a lil' cold and calculated on this one, a creeping electronic vibe permeates throughout. Think Blade Runner on a Space Odyssey.

REVERSIBLE DESTINY LOFTS

Friday, September 26th, 2008

Kooky! Supposedly these were built/dreamt up by creatives who believe your body and mind should be challenged in unique ways while at home. It's cool, but you can just give me a plush reclining La-Z-Boy with a remote pocket on the side. Thanks.

REMIXED MIERCOLES: 90′s HIP HOP

Thursday, September 25th, 2008

Day late and a dollar short but bear with me here, I got some heat for ya. A couple of crazy danceable, neck-snapping remixes of two classic "golden era" hip hop jams.

It's all electro effects and neon shoe laces under the black lights on Del's most famousest track "Mr. Dobalina".

DEL THA FUNKEE HOMOSAPIEN - MR. DOBALINA (PLAYER PLAYER REMIX) -
Let's follow that up with a "just the good stuff" version of Tribe's "Award Tour" all hurried up with knocking drums and swirling loops.

IN FLUX: THE FLUX SCREENING RECAP

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

Flux was dope. We screened two videos from the N.A.S.A. movie. "Money" featuring David Byrne, Chuck D, Ras, Congo, and Seu Jorge which features the art of Shepard Fairey, and "Hip Hop" featuring Fatlip, KRS One, and Slim Kid Tre featuring the art and animation of Splunny.

The whole theatre made the jump to hyperspeed.

The Splunny from philly next to me next to Spank Rock.

Classic Naeem pose.

DJ Shepard Fairey.

DJ Spank Rock.

Me and Fatlip> Fatlip did Splunny's post screening Q and A assuming Splunny's identity and opening his presentation with his philosophy on how he animates "I paint with light".

Stay tuned.> We're going to start putting the N.A.S.A. vids up on the blog soon> There are SO DOPE! Each one is featuring a different incredible artist whose work has never been animated before. I'm so geeked on how they are coming out>
