HIP HOP TWOSDAYS: DAS EFX
Diggedy Das Efx were the shit for a hot minute biggedy back in the days. Their tag team
tongue trilling delivery was copy catted like crazy but never quite as ill raw rugged as
Skoob & Dre's.
Although their debut,
Dead Serious, and their third effort,
Hold It Down, get the bulk of the love, their sophomore "slump" record,
Straight Up Sewaside, is criminally underrated. True to it's name, it's an underground
smorgasbord of nit and grit.
