A couple two tree classic KRS beats for the heads today. Sure Kris is one of the illest wordsmiths to ever bless the apparatus but he wouldn’t be where he is today without these beats!
KRS ONE – RETURN OF THE BOOM BAP (INSTRUMENTAL)
KRS ONE – STEP INTO A WORLD (INSTRUMENTAL)
KRS ONE – OUTTA HERE (INSTRUMENTAL)
KRS ONE – RAPPAZ R N DANJA (INSTRUMENTAL)

Sam, Ze and their entire intergalactic posse of a circus are gearing up and getting ready to touch back down in Ze’s home base of Brazil.
We’re excited to announce two of the many upcoming shows right here (with more to follow). Be sure to check out the N.A.S.A. myspace page for a full listing of events.

This just might be the best opening sequence of a concert film ever recorded. Squeak E. Clean homie David Byrne struts out magnificent & awkward, plops down a boom box, hits play and starts strumming along to create a bare bones version of the Talking Heads classic hit “Psycho Killer”.
The mighty Greg Wilson, who’s edits are bar none, puts his own spin on the recording by utilizing loops of the crowd noise and a little bit of a funkier back beat to make it more dance floor worthy. Me likey…
TALKING HEADS – GOT A TAPE I WANNA PLAY

Hey Yo! For all you kids, gentlemen & dirty rotten scoundrels out there that are fiending to get into the theaters on Friday night to catch the what’s sure to be breathtaking premiere of Where The Wild Things Are, don’t worry, the action doesn’t stop there.
We here at the Squeak have joined forces with Warner Brothers and the almighty MFG to help you keep that buzz rocking by throwing the official after party at El Cid featuring DJ sets by Rockwell & Paul Devro who’ll be spinning strictly dance pop classics into the wee hours of the night.
Hot damn you know it’s gonna cook so make sure to RSVP yo selves right HERE. Hope to see ya there!

It’s been raining here in L.A. for like 12 straight hours now and people are losing their minds. Everyone’s driving slow with shitty attitudes and eating lots of hot soup.
I always look forward to the first steady rainfall after a long hot summer b/c it means I get to bump Mobb Deep instrumentals (and enjoy some hot soup). Big ups to Atch Kotch!
MOBB DEEP – HELL ON EARTH (INSTR.)
MOBB DEEP – QUIET STORM (INSTR.)
