IS THIS LOVE THAT I’M FEELIN’?
Monday, November 23rd, 2009KNEWJACK MIX: CLOAK & DAGGER
Saturday, November 21st, 2009
Here’s the latest & greatest rendition of the monthly DJ mix I do for the homies over at FoundTrack.
Inspired by the classic 80′s kid flick “Cloak & Dagger” starring the homies Henry Thomas & Dabney Coleman, I went for a dark n’ moody electro/house sound on this one that’ll creep ya out worse than that old bitch with two fingers missing…
Hope you guys dig it. I’d greatly appreciate any and all feedback you can throw my way. Thanks!

SPACIOUS THOUGHTS VIDEO !!!
Friday, November 20th, 2009N.A.S.A.’s “Spacious Thoughts” featuring Tom Waits & Kool Keith has got to be one of the weirdest, most awesomest and brilliant collaborations to ever go down on the record. Minds, ears and faces have been melting for months now to the audio but today we’ve got the wonderfully tripped out visuals to match!
The video is done by Montreal’s Fluorescent Hill and comes correct with the crazy oil drop / bouncing ball characters floating through a ravaged industrial cityscape terrorized by a devilish red n’ black cloud trail.
To learn more about how the project came about, be sure to check out the interview Boing Boing’s got going on with collaborators Mark Lomond and Johanne Ste-Marie right HERE.
