HELPING HAROLD FALTERMEYER

In case you haven’t seen the billboards and bus stops plastered all over the place, there’s this movie called Cop Out that’s hitting theaters tonight, February 26th.
Once hilariously entitled A Couple of Dicks, Cop Out harkens back to action comedy cop blockbusters of yesteryear such as 48 Hours and Beverly Hills Cop.
To give it that classic cop buddy film feel, Squeak E. Clean Production‘s very own Sam Spiegel and Brent Nichols were enlisted by the peerless Harold Faltermeyer (Beverly Hills Cop, Fletch, Top Gun) to help with the original score.
It’s nothing short of stellar… Listen to the results right now by heading to Cop Out‘s official website, clicking on “Menu,” and then clicking on “Soundtrack.”
The almighty Harold recently did an interview with the highly regarded SlashFilm.com and being the cool cat that he is gave Sam some propers when discussing the process of modernizing his much beloved signature sound!
Check it out right HERE and be sure to hit up the theaters this weekend!
