Me and Ze spent a couple of weeks preparing our first ever music and video set, which we killed. We edited mostly Halloween and Horror themed quicktimes that we controlled with our Serato Vinyl.> I was geeked on how things worked out considering it was our first video set..
We created this super Hesh Electro remix of John Carpenter’s Halloween Theme… Peep it>> It’s hard as fuck, so if you are not into wearing all black and worshiping Satan, you may want to skip out>>\\
After we played, AM came on and BROUGHT THE FUCKING HOUSE DOWN>> It was the first time i’d seen him since his plane crash, and i was so happy to see dude healthy and in one piece.> He went as Daft Punk for Halloween, a stroke of genius, and played all DP for the first half of his set.> i was stoked to hear him rock our N.A.S.A. Music Remix
N.A.S.A. - N.A.S.A. MUSIC (LA RIOTS REMIX)
.. His set was so crazy, and people were so stoked to see him healthy and rocking, that it ended up being the illest performance of HARD.>
Otherwise, things have been crazy.> I just finished the Final Final song (I promise) for the N.A.S.A. record featuring Kanye, Santogold, and Lykke Li! It’s my favorite song on the record!
A day after mixing the song, i went str8 to mastering it with Big Bass Brian, and now, finally, WE ARE 100% DONE WITH THE RECORD AFTER ALMOST 6 FUCKING YEARS!!! I’m really proud of this record and can’t wait to get it out to the world!
Right now, i’m in Costa Rica on a surfing safari, so i’m going to sign off to get some sleep>
